Terms and conditions
Prior to your booking we can provide a sample of your chosen menu free of charge. We will supply one dish from each course. Multiple choices dishes will be charged for accordingly. We ask no more than 2 people per tasting. Further guests will also be charged for accordingly.
1.Bookings will be regarded as provisional until written confirmation and a deposit has been received.
2.On acceptance of our quote we require a 30% deposit,The final balance is due 7 days prior to the event. The costing may be revised should the numbers dramatically change. Final Number are due 14 days prior to the event.
3.late payments may result in a 2.5% per month surcharge until paid
4.Should the event run late we reserve the right to charge for staff required after midnight.
5.The client undertakes responsibility for a clean and tidy kitchen prior to the arrival of the Minchin’s Catering team who undertake responsibility of the same on leaving site.(external events)
6.In the event of a marquee – A safe and proper supply of electricity and water must be supplied to a suitably sized catering tent.
A.All deposits are non refundable.
B.7 days to one day before the event-100% of the total.
8.MC hold current Public Liability insurance cover of 2million pounds.
9.MC reserve the right to charge for loss, damage and breakages by the client
10. If the event is taken place in a marquee, there is a £250 charge for the hire of equipment, and refrigeration.

11.All refuse will be bagged and left on site unless alternative arrangements have been made.(at clients expense)
12.Disputes must be received in writing within 7 days of the event
